serve (v): to be a servant; to be of use. As Jesus’ followers, we are to model His example and serve one another in love (Galatians 5:13). God created each of us with unique talents, abilities, personalities and experiences – all of which prepare us to serve one another here at Hope and beyond. At Hope Assembly our third purpose is to serve God not only in areas in which we are gifted, but also in those where help is needed. Below are the programs and ministry groups needing gifted individuals such as yourself.

Hope Advanced Leadership Training (HALT) |

Every other month | Saturday | 5:00pm-7:00pm | La Vernia Primary School
HALT is for leaders and members of any Hope La Vernia ministry, anyone needing to be refreshed in their service to Him, and anyone wanting to receive exceptional training and support and be even more effective in their area of ministry. In other words, HALT is for you! Light refreshments and Nursery provided. NOTE: All Small Group Leaders are required to attend. See Calendar for the next HALT training.

Then plan on attending this training designed to prepare you for what’s involved in leading a successful Connect, Grow, Serve or Reach Small Group.
